Teacher’s Day 2018: Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management
On August 6th, 2018, the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management hosted the Teacher’s Day Ceremony for Academic Year of 2018 at the Confucius Institute Hall on a purpose of expressing the student’s respect to their teachers.
During the ceremony, Mr.La-Iard Silanoi, Dean of Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management was a key person to lead all lecturers and students in paying respect to the Lord Buddha, making auspicious mark on the curriculum manuscripts of all programs offered at the faculty, and giving speech as a guide to success for the freshmen. Many lecturers and students attended the ceremony.
This Teacher’s Day Ceremony was purposively hosted for all students at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management, Mahasarakham University in order to allow them to express their gratitude to both former and present teachers and to remind them of the significant role of the teachers. Additionally, this ceremony aims to maintain the Thai tradition for Thai teachers and to implant all students with a good sense of creating the good deeds for the publics as a way to maintain the social unity.
